GORGG 2005 Schedule of Events

MONDAY – October 24

 Registration in LeHospitalité Suite and pick-up of your LeGorgg Stuff .
Briefing on the city and what-to-do/see

LeHospitalité Suite ill be open between 4pm and 5:30pm, then from 8pm to.....

No entertainment is planned for Monday night but LeHospitalité Suite will be open for all. Drinks and treats will be available. Please note there will be a super cheap 'LeHospitalité Suite Fee' of CAN $20 per adult, to help us make sure the fridge is packed with pop, water, beer and wine all week long !
   
TUESDAY – October 25
11am
 Briefing on the city and what-to-do/see in LeHospitalité Suite.
Registration and pick-up for the newly arrived.

We will provide everyone with some documentation on restaurants, museums, boutiques and a map to visit the beautiful city. A big map and a binder with brochures will be sitting in LeHospitalité Suite as a reference.

LeHospitalité Suite will be open between 4pm and 5:30pm to make your dinner plans and enjoy an apperitif, then from 8pm to whenever for your delectation and to give us all the perfect opportunity to meet with new friends !!
   
WEDNESDAY – October 26
11am
 Registration and pick-up for the newly arrived in LeHospitalité Suite.

THURSDAY – October 27

 Raffle & Silent Auction in LeHospitalité Suite or at the Casbah, TBA.
All proceeds go to Gorgg 2006 fund.
   
FRIDAY – October 28
11am
 Registration and pick-up for the newly arrived in LeHospitalité Suite.
Briefing on the city and what-to-do/see.

Bigg Nite Dinner & Jam starting with a nice dinner at Casbah Pub (formerly "Bistro de l'Impérial"), 240 St-Joseph Est, walking distance from the hotel. The various "table d'hôte" menus are available here (please make sure you let LeComité know what you will have for dinner at pdplante@rogers.com).

Important: Seating for the BiGG Friday Night Dinner & Jam is limited to 100 persons!

Following the dinner will be the ever so exciting jamming/show session opening with the band PDG playing some GG songs. All musicians will be welcome to join in after for a bit of GG jammin'. Some dancing will be au rendez-vous of course so we can all show off our brand-new LeGorgg-T's ! Classic rock with PDG for a set.

We will also have a "50/50 Draw" during the eveningg. Half of the amount collected goes to one of our very lucky Friends in the room, and he/she pays a round of drinks (just kidding !) ; and the other half will go to the Gorgg 2006 fund.
Get your loonies and toonies ready !
   
SATURDAY – October 29

 Last LeGorgg Family Dinner, in a nice local restaurant TBA.
   
SUNDAY – October 30
Time to say good-bye - "It's only Goodbye" - until the 2006 Gorgg.
