Longer Stay If you plan to arrive before October 3rd and/or leave after October 10th, you will have to call or email our contact at the hotel mentioning that you are attending the GORGG 2015 event, instead of using the special link. Room with two beds If you plan to reserve a room with 2 beds, you will have to call or email our contact at the hotel to make your reservation. Condition for special rate To qualify for the preferential rate, you MUST mention your attendance at the GORGG 2015 EVENT at the time of your reservation. There will be no rate modification, either on arrival or departure, if you had not previously mentioned the group. Deadline for special rate September 5th, 2015. Reservations made after the deadline will be accepted according to the availability of rooms at the regular hotel rates. Warning Do NOT use any other website such as Expedia or Trip Advisor to make your reservation because you won't be able to benefit from the group rate and we won't be able to help you modify your reservation. Cancellation policy The hotel must be informed in writing at least 24 hours before the day of arrival.  If not, a penalty of one overnight stay (including taxes) will be charged on your credit card.
