of the sea, which were inspired by the Gentle Giant songs of the sea (Wreck,
His last voyage etc) Drakes Drum. Inspired by 'Talybont' This piece starts with part of a poem on Sir Francis Drake by Sir Henry Newbolt see http://www.xroyvision.com.au/drake/history/drum1.html The Drum when beaten, was supposed to summon Sir Francis Drakes ghost to fight for England again. |

Both my pieces "Drakes Drum" and "Echo's" are instrumental.! none of those pesky lyrics! Echo's. This is the introduction section to a song called 'Submarine' which was inspired by 'Wreck' and is supposed to evoke the feeling of being underwater with the fish. |
